Backside

I found these while I was downloading pictures to the computer.  Justin must have taken them because I don't recall these at all.  Chelsea Lately is playing on the TV, which is a show I record, but I didn't take these pictures.  I think Justin must have taken them after he vacuumed.  He must want me to see how I am supposed to correctly leave Courtney on the carpet... on towels or blankets to catch the spit up.  I'm not sure what the pillow is for, maybe so she will favor her right side?
