Dog snack

I have been trying to take advantage of the fact that Justin left the camera home this trip... and that Lindsay is so cute! (most of the time.)

We picked Eric up from school again and I remembered the scooter! I was so proud of myself. I put it behind the stroller earlier in the day so I couldn't leave without it, the helmet too. We ended up walking home with Ronnie and his Grandma. Eric and Ronnie had fun playing for a hour and then we continued on our way home.

I don't know why kids don't listen and learn. I have told Eric numerous times, "Don't tease the dogs." For some reason he insists on barking at them almost every time we pass them. They are two big Rottweilers! Hello kid, you are just a snack in their eyes.

Anyway, I heard Eric barking at the dogs. When he came over by me I asked him about it. He tells me that he wasn't. Seriously, if you want to be a dog snack its your decision, but lying is not an option! I gave him another chance to tell the truth, still nothing. Finally, after I called him out and told him that he would be vising the naughty stool when we got home, did he admit what he did.

When will he learn?!? If he just told the truth I would have reminded him again not to tease the dogs. But no, he had to take the hard road. Maybe he needs more carrot juice!

Reminds me of Ryli! She has a hard time with the truth sometimes too and learning her lesson the first time.
