Today as I was getting ready for church Lindsay was going thru all the stuff in my drawer. It amazes me at how knowledgeable she is about things I thought she had no knowledge of what so ever! She plays with the deodorant and knows where and how to put it on. She will get out the Q-tips, clean her ears and then throw it away. She loves to brush her teeth and put toothpaste on her toothbrush. Ok, she doesn't really brush, but at this age sucking the toothpaste off the toothbrush totally counts.
So as I climbed on the bathtub, to get a full view of myself in a mirror, I wasn't terrible surprised that my little copycat wasn't far behind. I checked to make sure I matched and didn't look to chunky, copycat checked herself out too. I laughed and told her she was a funny girl. I climbed down and she put her right hand up her dress to her left armpit. Then she lowered and raised her left arm in hopes of making a farting noise. Can you tell she loves her brother and misses him when he isn't around?
Today was also the fastest trip to Costco I've ever made! I never had to step foot in the store and I had a car full of groceries. No, I didn't knock over some customer in the parking lot. Justin did the shopping and I took it home. I did miss my hot dog and taste tests... let's face it, that really why I like to shop there. It was nice not to have to make my way through the crowd or wait in the LONG line to check out though. The noticeable difference in husband and wife shopping, wife's understand their shopping lists! I don't write down Honey Nut Cheerios, just Cheerios, since I know what we eat... I guess Justin doesn't. I really shouldn't complain, he did a great job and I'm greatful. Thanks honey, love you!
