2 months!

My baby is huge! And getting bigger by the day. We had her two month visit today. Her latest stats are 12.14lbs and 23 inches long. Hello big girl!

I can't believe that two months have past so quickly! She is growing up so fast. The doctor was very impressed with her neck muscles and commented several times on how strong she is. I kept thinking, of course she is strong she is my child. I only claim her when she is good or impressive, so I figure I will take advantage of that now while she is to young to misbehave. Who knows what shady genes and behaviors she got from her dad!?

Lindsay was a very secretive child from the beginning and made sure that no matter how hard the doctors tried, no one was going to find out her gender until she came out to show us herself. I guess that shows her stubborn and determined side as well (totally from her mom). Part of her two month visit required the doctor to check her hips, she was not very cooperative. Let's just hope that she continues on this path of being a lady and keeping her legs closed.

She had some ear wax removed, which was a very tramatic event. She did not like her hands being held while the doctor worked on her ears, but scarily enough she smiled when they took her temperature... in the rear! Overall, the visit went well and the doctor was pleased with her progress. What more could a mom ask for!
