Trick-or-treating

Lindsay has been sick and delayed our car ride home by a couple of days. I would have waited longer to make the drive, since she was still not tip top, but I wanted Eric and Lindsay to be together for Lindsay's first Halloween.

The ride went well. I wasn't sure if she would make it without incident, but she did! I was hoping that her sour stomach was all done acting up, since we made it all the way home without an incident. It wasn't until we were away from the house that she started tossing her cookies again! I think she only likes to do it when she can get me, totally gross! I need to do some serious training with her.

The big reveal of Lindsay's first costume, which I made, was better than expected! Lots of our treaters made comments about how cute my 50's girl was! We had a little rain during our outing and Donna even got a guy to serenade us. Free falling was the song of the evening and then I couldn't get Tom Cruise out of my head.

We ended with some cute pictures of a skeleton that resides right down the street and Lindsay was passed out, so she didn't get to enjoy it. She somehow revived herself and ended the evening with a bang! I'm sure she will have a much better time next year, but it was fun getting her all dressed up!
