Eric loves his little sister. It all started the first time he got to hold her in the hospital and continued the moment she got home. He loves to look at her, talk to her and is ecstatic when she smiles at him. Anytime she starts crying Eric tells me its time to feed her. He thinks its funny when she farts and lets me know its time to change her pants. Over the last three months he has become a very protective older brother!
Lindsay and I walk Eric to school and hang out with him while he eats his lunch. There are a handful of kids that eat lunch with us everyday. The twins in Erics class have become fond of Lindsay and like to see her. When I would carry her in the snugli they would ask if she was sleeping and I would let them take a peek at her. Now that she is in the stroller they have better access to check her out.
Today at lunch when the twins were finished eating they were talking to Lindsay and getting her to smile. This made Eric go into protective mode! He couldn't eat his lunch because he was to busy trying to get the twins away from his sister. This caused a stir amongst the rest of the kids and they were all getting pretty interested in Lindsay now. Poor Eric was getting very upset because in his opinion they were too close! He set boundries for them and put the stroller shade down so they had a barrier. He even told some of them to keep their disgusting hands off his sister!
It was so cute seeing him be protective. He is a great older brother. Lindsay is a lucky girl!

That is the cutest thing ever... and I love that you and Lindsay have lunch with him! What a good mom you are! And what a good brother he is!
i had no idea that you had a blog missy! Good to know, now we can keep tabs on you guys... so #4 is missing because after i posted it, i decided it wasn't a good enough after all and i deleted it.
