We have a beautiful yard that hubby takes very good care of. He has lots of admirers, namely the snails. I don't know how they get the word out or where they come from, but they seem to find there way to our house.
I wouldn't mind so much, but they eat the plants and the strawberries! That is a huge no-no. At first I thought killing them was cruel and unusual punishment, but since there is an endless stream and they aren't endangered species, I guess its ok.
Hubby would pick them off one at a time and think that he did good by getting rid of them. Then the next morning there would be a fresh new supply and twice as many! We had to get serious, so snail bait was sprinkled all over the yard. Now we are getting somewhere! Welcome to snail heaven!
