Lindsay is such a funny girl! She is loving her new skills of being able to sit up on her own and crawling (or doing the monkey walk). She likes to be able to roam freely around the house, but is often pent up in the living room... I have to keep some sort of semblance in the house! I open up the barriers in the afternoon when I can watch her roam and she makes a mad dash for freedom.
Today Lindsay got to take a shower with mom. She isn't fond of the shower, but its the only way for me to get clean without having to worry. Justin made the suggestion to take the bumbo chair in the shower and it worked very well! We also brought the bucket of clifford toys, that used to be Eric's, and some hotel shampoos. Lindsay had a great time with the toys and wasn't disturbed by the spraying water, at least until she got washed.
I guess all the fun wore her out, I found her passed out on the hard tile floor. She didn't even stir while I took her picture with a flash! What a trooper. I even got to do my hair and put on a little make-up, what a great day!
